A.Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
20 Walking Lunges (70/53 KBs in each hand)

B.Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Bench Press: 4-6 reps

4 Sets:
C1. Seated Banded Low Row – 12 Reps
C2. Single Arm DB Row – 12 reps
C3. DB Seated Bent Over Rear Flys – 12 Reps
