The time is almost here! This Saturday, April 9th, we are lucky enough to host the CrossFit Strongman Trainer Course for a second time. We couldn’t be more excited than to be able to offer the chance for people to come learn about the importance of strongman training. Not just for the physical fitness aspect of it, but for the benefit this type of training can have in your every day to day life.
This course is one of the most fun and informative courses I have had the chance to attend. This will be my 4th time taking this course. I honestly think this is one of the best certifications a CrossFit coach or gym owner could take. I personally feel strongman training is the secret sauce that a lot of people are missing out on. Those that have experienced it, even just a little bit, can agree with me. Luckily for the people here at The Fitness Coalition, you guys get to experience the benefits and the fun of this type of training more than any other people in the area. You guys sure are lucky!
