5/3/16 – Free Community Workout 


Join us this Saturday, May 7th at 9AM for another installment of our 100% FREE Community Workout. 

Once a month we open our doors to the members of our community and family and friends of our members. We feel that we have something very special here at The Fitness Coalition and we want to share the magic with as many people as we can. 

All you need to do to get done on the fun is show up! We’ll take care of everything else. The workouts are mostly team based so be prepared to have some fun with your friends and meet some new, motivated people. 

Share this with anybody and everybody. Bring your best friend, mother, father, son, daughter, niece, nephew, neighbor, co-worker, even your dog. The 4-legged members of the family are always welcome.
