* Forward Roll, Cartwheel, Headstand, Handatand, Headstand to Foreward Roll, etc. 

5 Rounds for Quality

20 Hollow Rocks (:30 sec Accum Hold)

20 Superman Rocks (20 Reps w/ 1 second hold)

2 – 3 Rope Climbs 

20m Handstand Walk (:45 sec – :60 sec Accum Handstand Hold)
