A. Front Squat: 50% + Band Tension

12 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 secs)

B. Banded Seated Jumps: 8 Sets – 4 Reps

8 Rounds – :60 Work / 2:00 Rest

50′ Farmer Carry – AHAP

50′ Sprint 

50′ Sled Sprint 280/190 (Sled weight: 100lbs)
