I have been surprised by my best friend and his wife with CrossFit Games tickets for my birthday. This week, we will have no Friday classes or Saturday class. Regular scheduled classes will run until Thursday evening. Lauren will be opening the gym for open gym on Friday at 6pm for open gym.
