Workout of the Day

Every 2 Minutes for 18 Minutes
Station 1: Hollow to Superman Rolls: 20 Reps

Station 2: Max Muscle Up (Bar or Ring) 45-60 Sec -OR- 5 Roll to Candlestick and 5 Low Ring Muscle Up Transition

Station 3: Handstand Walk 30-50′ -OR- Partner Assited Handstand Walk

For Time:

5 Rounds

30 Cal AirDyne

30 Abmat Sit Ups

3 Stone to Shoulder AHAP
