We’re offering another installment of our 100% FREE community workout.
We open up our doors to The Fitness Coalition the first Saturday every month to give the members of our surrounding community a chance to see the magic we have happening here on the daily.
The community workout is a fun filled hour with plenty of group interaction. We play games and participate in partner workouts. It’s a toned down version of our current class program.
This is open to anybody interested. From the fitness buff to the coach potato looking to make a change.
