100lbs-200lbs: 2 Medium Chains (1 Per Side)

200lbs-300lbs – 2 Big Chains (1 Per Side)

300lbs-400lbs: 4 Medium Chains (2 Per Side)


5 Rounds – :60 sec Round

50′ Farmer Carry AHAP (out)

50′ Keg Carry AHAP (back)

-Rest 2 Minutes-
