A. Bench Press @45% + Chain

9 Sets – 3 Reps (3 Close, 3 Medium, 3 Wide)

B. Medium Grip Bench – Heavy 5 (3-4 Sets)


For Time: 20 Min Cap

1 Round of Cindy (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats)

1 Stone to Shoulder AHAP

1 Round of Cindy 

2 Stone to Shoulder

*Continue pattern until 10 Stone to Shoulder
