A. Bench Press:  Work up to 90% for 3

*If 90% is doable for 3 go up. This should test where we will open

B) Drop 20%: 5 Sets – 2 Reps


5 Sets – Max Reps

1 Minute – Wall Balls 20/14

-Rest 1 Minute-

1 Minute – CTB Pull Ups

-Rest 2 Minutes-
