A. Front Squat @50% + Bands: 12 Sets – 2 Reps

B. Seated Box Jumps: 6 Sets – 4 Reps (Focus on Explosiveness, Box Height isn’t too important)


5 Rounds:

100’ Yoke Carry (Light-ish)

100’ Sled Push (Empty)

*Rest As Needed
