10/19/16 – At Home Workout #1

Yes, we are on our honeymoon. That doesn’t mean we aren’t thinking about you guys! 

I know some of you are using this time to give yourself a much needed break, or taking your fitness outside and experiencing new activities. 

We wanted to offer you a chance to still get your fitness in without having to think about what to do. 

While we’re gone, we will be posting workouts each day, just like we normally do. The only catch is these workouts will be ones you can do at home. 

These workouts aren’t going to be that complicated and that’s what makes them so awesome. Fitness doesn’t always need to be complicated and come with all the bells and whistles. Sometimes, it’s the simplest of movements that will get the job done the most efficiently. 

Here it is folks, the first installment of ‘At Home Workouts’.
