4 Rounds

5 Wall Walks

:30 sec Run Out / :30 sec Run Back

*Grab a timer and head out for a run for :30 sec and then head back. Want more of a challenge? Try to reach a further point each round. Move on that run!

100 Superman Rocks 

*Break up anyway you’d like.
