A. Push Jerk 45% + Bands: 9 Sets – 3 Reps (Every :45 sec)

B. Push Press: 1 Set – 8 Reps (+5lb) -OR- Push Jerk: 1 Set – 5 Reps (+5lbs)

15 Minute AMRAP

5 Strict Pull Ups

6 Turkish Get Ups

7 Ring Push Ups
