A. Axle Bar Bench Press @45% +

Chain: 9 Sets – 3 Reps

B. Push Press: 1 Set – 8 Reps (+5lbs) -OR- Push Jerk: 1 Set – 5Reps (+5lbs)


Every 3 Minutes for 16 Minutes: 

Run 400m

Max Pull Ups

-Rest 1 Minute-
