1/26/17 – Closed Saturday

We will be closed this coming Saturday. I’ll be attending the CrossFit Level 2 Trainer course. 

It’s a 2 Day, 8 Hour a day course designed to help coaches be better coaches. I’m excited to step my game up and bring back even more knowledge to you guys. 

I promise I won’t come back from this certification and kill you guys on Monday. Maybe beat you up a little. That’s it though.

Double Broad Jump – Max Distance

B. Front Squat @60% + Bands: 10 Sets – 2 Reps

100′ Sled SPRINTS
