3/5/16: This Weeks Schedule


We will be heading to Grants Pass, Oregon this weekend so our very own bad ass Lauren can compete in the Southern Oregon Classic 2017. This will be her second powerlifting meet and she’s on track to hit some big numbers in the squat, bench press and deadlift. 

She’s trained hard for this competition over the last couple months and it’s shown. We can’t wait to see her hit the platform Saturday. 

We will be posting pics and videos to keep you all updated. So make sure to keep an eye out for that. 

Here is the updated schedule for this week…

Thursday, March 9th – Morning classes only. NO afternoon or evening classes. 

Friday & Saturday- CLOSED

Normal schedule will resume Monday morning.

Workout of the Day

A. In 20 Minutes:

Banded Deadlift – 1RM

+

5 Minute AMRAP

Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Overs 20″/16″

*Dumbbell Weight 50/35


-Accessory-

A. Reverse Hyper: 4 Sets – 20-25 Reps

B. Medball Hamstring Curl: 3 Sets – 15-20 Reps (1 Sec Squeeze)

C. GHD Facedown Plank: 3 Sets – Max Time
