A. DB Bench Press: 9 Sets – 3 Reps @55% 1RM Bench (Every 45sec)*Ex. Bench Press 200lbs, 50%=100lbs (50lb Dumbbells)

B. Strict Pull Ups: 3 Sets – 8 Reps (weighted if possible) (@21×1)


10 Minute AMRAP

45 Double Unders

15 Burpees
