A. DB Bench Press: 8 Sets – 3 Reps @60% 1RM Bench (Every 45sec – 1 Minute)*Ex. Bench Press 200lbs, 50%=100lbs (50lb Dumbbells)

B. Inverted Barbell Rows: 3 Sets – 10-12 Reps (Legs raised if possible, grip bench press height)


10 Minute EMOM

5 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95

5 Pull Ups
