Workout of the Day

For Quality:

A. Snatch Grip Deadlift: 3 Sets – 8 Reps

B. Snatch Grip RDL + Bands from Front: 3 Sets – 10 Reps

C. Snatch Grip High Pull + Bands From Front: 3 Sets – 10 Reps

+

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes

1 Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

1 Snatch

*Work to Heavy Complex
