A. Back Squat @50% + Bands + Chains: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 Sec)
B. Back Squat – 5 Reps (+10lbs each week)(3-4 Sets of 5 reps to build up) (15 Minutes – TOPS)


5 Rounds – 20 Minute Cap
5 Stone to Shoulder AHAP

5 Box Jumps 36”/30”
