A. Back Squat @60% + Bands + Chains: 8 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 Sec)

B. Back Squat – 5 Reps (+10lbs each week)( Sets of 5 reps to build up) (15 Minutes – TOPS)(Build from 4/24)
