A. Floor Press @40% + Chain: 9 Sets – 3 Reps (Every :45 sec) 

B. Close Grip Bench Press: 8 Reps (+5lbs from 5/2): 3 Sets – 8 Reps (10 Minutes)
C. Pendlay Bent Over BB Row + 1 Set Chain: 3 Sets – 8 Reps (Build to Tough 8 – 2 More Sets There) (10 Minutes)
