A. Box Squat @55% + Foam + Bands: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 Sec)
B. Back Squat – 5 Reps (+10lbs each week)( Sets of 5 reps to build up) (15 Minutes – TOPS)(Build from5/11)


5 Rounds: 

100’ Keg Carry (Fast)(50’ Turn Around)

100’ Sled Push (Fast)(50’ Turn Around)

2 Stone To Shoulder AHAP
