A. Box Squat @60% + Foam + Bands: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 Sec)
B. Back Squat – 5 Reps (+10lbs each week)( Sets of 5 reps to build up) (15 Minutes – TOPS)(Build from5/18)


2 Rounds (6 Minute Cap Per Round / 3 Minute Rest Between Rounds)

Airdyne 30/25 Cals

20 Burpee Box Jump Overs 30”/24”

10 Sandbag Cleans 140/100
