Workout of the Day

A. Position Work for Power Snatch B. Power Snatch @ 70-75%: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 sec)

C. Position work for Power Clean

D. Power Clean @70-75%: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 sec)

*If % is feeling good, you can add weight. Point of these sets is be fast and snappy. Perfect technique.
