A. Wide Grip Bench + Chain: 2RM (15 Minutes)B. Drop Chain @10% – Max Reps: 2 Sets (10 Minutes)
C. Strict Pull Up (Weighted): 2RM (10 Minutes)
*If using bands, Try to get to the smallest band possible. Fight for every inch. Control the negative, DO NOT just drop.
*If bodyweight for 2 may be a 2RM, Do your best to accomplish that.
*Use Heaviest weight possible for 2 Reps. Fight for every inch. Control the negative, DO NOT just drop.
