A. Clean Work (Full Squat)Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes

Set 1: 60-65% – 5 Reps

Set 2: 70-75% – 3 Reps

Set 3: 80-85% – 2 Reps

Set 4: 90% – 1 Rep

Set 5: 92% – 1 Rep

Set 6: 95% – 1 Rep
