Workout of the Day

A. Box Squats @55% + Chains: 12 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 sec)

B. 2” Deficit Deadlift @50% + Bands: 20 Sets – 1 Rep (Every :30 sec)

+
10 Minute AMRAP

1 Stone to Shoulder AHAP

2 Burpee (BBJ 24”/20”)

2 Stone to Shoulder

4 Burpee 

*Continue pattern of +1 Stone and +2 BBJ per round
