Workout of the Day

A. Box Squat at 60% + Chains: 10 sets of 2B. Deadlift @50% + Bands: 10 sets of 2 (one rep conventional and one rep sumo)

+

5 sets 

Shuttle Sprint (50′ out/50′ back, 100′ out/100′ back, 150′ out)$

-Rest 2 mins between sets-
