We’re having our FREE Community Workout THIS Saturday at 10am! 
We encourage everyone to bring a friend, neighbor, co-worker or family member to have some fun and break a sweat with us. This is for all levels to attend, we would love to see some new faces!

Workout of the Day

A. Max height weighted box jump

Guys – 20lb DB’s

Girls – 10lb DB’s

B. Back Squat @40% + Bands (1 Band Up): 12 Sets – 2 Reps

C. Paused Deadlift: 3 Sets – 5 Reps 


3 Rounds

15 Kettlebell Swings 70/53

15 Burpees
