Overhead Squat

B. 5 Sets – Build to Heavy Complex

Clean Deadlift

Power Clean

Front Squat

Jerk

C. Snatch Grip Deadlift: 4 Sets – 8-10 Reps (HEAVY – as in REALLY hard)
