Workout of the Day

A. Stiff Legged Power Clean: 1RM

B. Drop to 80% of A: 5 Sets – 3 Reps

C. Snatch Grip Barbell Row: 4 Sets – 12 Reps ( Chose a weight that reps 10,11,12 are difficult)

D. Barbell Upright Row: 4 Sets – 12 Reps (Same as above)
