A. Box Jumps w/ DB’s 40/30 (Increase Height Every 4-5 Jumps)

B. Box Squats @80%: 10 Sets – 2 Reps

C. Conventional Deadlift @50% + Bands: 6 Sets – 3 Reps

D. Stone Loads: 5 Sets – 3 Reps
