10/31/17 – Schedule Update

As most of you may know, Lauren and myself will be in Las Vegas this weekend. 

With both of us being gone, who will cover classes you ask?

The answer to that question is Candace! 

She been kicking butt in our coaches development program these last couple months and she’s ready help you guys continue to kick ass while we’re gone. 

The revised schedule for this week will be…

Tuesday: Normal Schedule

Wednesday: 5am, 9am, open gym (10-12pm), 4pm


Open Gym: 4:30pm- 7:30pm

Friday – Open Gym: 4:30pm- 7:30pm

Saturday: 10am

Show her some love and get in there for one of her classes. I mean, only if you want some super solid coaching. 
Workout of the Day
A. Push Press @45% + Bands: 9 Sets – 3 Reps

B. Close Grip Floor Press: HEAVY 8

C. Barbell Row + Chains: 4 Sets – 10 Reps


For Time

5 Rounds

15 DB Clean & Press

15 Pull Ups
