Workout of the Day

A. Seated box jumps + foam: 20 jumps (increase height every 4-5 jumps)
B. Back Squat @55% + Bands: 12 Sets – 2 Reps
C. 4″ Deficit Deadlifts @65-75% (fast and explosive): 8 Sets – 2 Reps*
*play with weight. Use heaviest weight you can move fast. No straining. 
10 min amrap
1 Renegade row / 1 Stone to shoulder 
2 Renegade row / 2 Stone to shoulder 
3 Renegade row / 3 Stone to shoulder 
Continue +1 pattern
