B. Back Squat @60% + Bands: 10 Sets – 2 Reps

C. 4″ Deficit Deadlift @70-80%: 12 Sets – 1 Rep (HEAVIER than last week)


10 Minute EMOM

Minute 1 – 3 Stone to Shoulder AHAP

Minute 2 – 15/12 Cals AD
