Mon: Normal Schedule

Tues: Normal Schedule

Wed: Normal Schedule

Thurs: 9AM ONLY

Fri: 9AM Class, 10-12PM Open Gym 

Sat: Normal Scheule

A. Low Box Squat + Chain: 1RM

B. 3″ Block Pull: HEAVY 5
