55% – 5 Reps

60% – 3 Reps

65% – 2 Reps

70% – 2 Reps

75% – 1 Rep

80% – 1 Rep

85% – 1 Rep

90% – 1 Rep

+

3 Sets – For Quality

1. Hollow Holds – Accumalate 1 Min

2. Reverse Hypers: 20 Reps

3. Box Jumps: 5 Reps
