Marks another installment of our free community workout at TFC. This is the perfect opportunity to bring the people you always talk about the gym to so they can finally see what you do all the time!
The community workouts are a toned down version of our group classes rhat focuses more on partner work, Bodyweight movements, and having the most fun in an hour as possible.
There’s no limit to the amount of people you can bring. Grab 1 buddy or bring 10. That’s up to you!
