A. Every 2:00 for 16 Minutes (8 Sets)

Snatch (Full Squat)
1. 55% – 5 Reps
2. 60% – 3 Reps
3. 65% – 3 Reps
4. 70% – 2 Reps
5. 75% – 1 Rep
6. 80% – 1 Rep
7. 85% – 1 Rep
8. 90% – 1 Rep
+
3 Sets (For Quality)
1. Chest Supported Barbell Rows @21X1 : 8-10 Reps 
2. Weighted Alternating Lateral Lunge: 20 Reps (10 Per Leg) 
3. Farmers carry HEAVY:100’ (@BW Per Hand)
