12/26/17 – Tomorrow’s Schedule


We will have a modified schedule for tomorrow. Training hours will be…

9am – Group Training

10-12pm – Open Gym

4pm – Group Training

We will close up shop after the 4pm class. There will be NO 5pm or 6:30pm classes. 

Our regular schedule will resume Wednesday starting at 5am. 

We hope you all had a wonderful holiday with your loved ones. We’re looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible tomorrow.

Workout of the Day

A. Close Grip Bench Press: 6 Sets – 6 Reps (+10lbs heavier than last week)

B1. Incline Chest Supported DB Row: 3 Sets – 10-12 Reps (Heavier than last week)

B2. Wheel Barrow Row: 3 Sets 10-12 Reps (Heavier than last week)

+

2 Sets – Max Weight 

100′ Sled Pull w/ Rope

100′ Overhead Barbell Carry (AHAP)
