I’d like to extend an FREE invite to the members of our community for an event we’re having. Each month we open up our doors for a Free Community Workout. We want to share what we do with all of you and urge you to join us in all the fun!We kick off the workout at 10am and the class will run one hour. (10am – 11am)
This class is open to all ages and athletic abilities. We can modify any workouts to fit your current needs or limitations.
Our community workouts are more partner based workouts that are intended to be more fun, carefree time. Bring a friend, have some laughs, and get your sweat on.
