FREE Community Workout

There aren’t whole lot of free things in life these days. Lucky for you, this Saturday we’re offering fitness for FREE. 

Head on out to the Coalition and bring a friend or two. The fun kicks off at 10am.

B. 2 Sets – :60 Sec On / :60 Off

Stiff Legged Deadlift @25% – Max Reps

C. Sumo Deadlift: Heavy 3
