A. Front Squat @55% + Chain: 12 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45sec)

B. Sumo Chair Deadlift (TOUGH 5) – Stand up every rep (10 minutes)


For Time:

Burpee Pull Ups
Box Jumps
*100’ Keg Carry Between Rounds (@35-45% of 1RM Deadlift)
