A.      Power Snatch From Block (45lb Plate): 1RM

B.      Zercher Good Mornings: 5 Sets – 5 Reps

*Moderate Load – Build to a tough 5 reps – do that weight across all sets


3 Rounds for Qualtiy

1. GHR: 8-10 Reps (Use bands to get within rep range – keep hips from shooting backwards)

2. Banded Bent Over Barbell Row: 8-10 Reps

3. Bent Over Rear Delt Raise: 15-20 Reps
