C. 8 Minute EMOM

5 Pronated Grip (Clean Grip) BB Row

5 Ab Roll Outs


1. GHR: 3 Sets – 10-12 (Use bands to get within rep range)
2. DB Side Bends: 3 Sets – 20 Reps
