A. Box Squats (2 sec pause) @60% + Bands: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (Every 1:00)

B. Paused Sumo Deadlift (1 sec below knee) 3 Sets – 5 Reps @60-75%

5 Wall Balls 20/14
