3/29/18 – Free Community Workout

This Saturday morning at 10am we have an open invite to anyone interested in coming out to The Fitness Coalition and having some fun with friends.

What’s a better way to start your weekend off by hanging out with your buddies, laughing, working hard, and getting your sweat on?

This community workout is open to anyone, of any fitness level. These classes are more toned down than our regular group classes and over a more fun-filled vibe.

If you’ve been on the fence about coming in and checking TFC out, this would be the perfect time to do so.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Workout of the Day

A. Wide Stance Seated Box Jumps (Banded): 8 Sets – 3 Reps (8-10 Minutes)

B. Sumo Deadlift @75%: 10 Sets – 2 Reps (EMOM)

C. 12 Minute EMOM

5 Wide Stance Squats (Find a tough 5 within 3-4 Sets – Stay there remainder of EMOM)
